Click “Solar System Editor” and then the configure button.
Then click the “Solar System” tab.
Once there click the “Import orbital elements in MPC format…” button.
Make sure “asteroids” is selected. Click the “Select bookmark…” button. Pick the NEA bookmark.
Then click “Get orbital elements.” Search for 2012 DA14 if it’s not near the top. Check mark it and click add objects.

The Earth profoundly perturbs the orbit as the object gets close and any predictions will be way off. You really need to compute the orbit by numerically integrating the differential equations, solving the n-body problem.
The solution is to download an ephemeris from JPL that is actually based upon such computations. Only then will you get an accurate predictions.
Note: getting the latest orbital elements a few hours before flyby will help. Then the path may be fairly accurate, but the timing will generally be off.
