Kodak E100G prefers greens and blues, but does have a decent red response.
Fujicolor 100 negative film has perhaps the best green response while maintaining good reds and blues. I find that it is the best color negative for astrophotography. Get it while you can.
Kodak Gold 100, 200, and 400 do quite well offering good colors in long exposures.
For black & white there is Acros.

Both 25 minutes @ f/4 standard E-6 processing
Excellent fine grain with this fast film. The green layer is perhaps the most sensitive and will require dark skies free from light pollution and natural skyglow.
