nice shot but is that the skyglow for your location?

yes , quite lots of light pollution indeed , and the sky is not really transparent enough . LP is unavoidable , but I still can see some hints of the constellations under the DC 1min exposure . Particularly the main stars of each constellation is forming meaningful shapes or figures . well , someone(me) in urban area can enjoy it .

I also see the Pleiades in your picture...very nice !
I have LP problems too but I use a Astronomik CLS filter clip-in the Canon camera...It makes a huge difference. Try it !
