Does the ETX-70 use the same RS-232 command set as the LX200?

Things like:
:Me# Move Telescope East at current slew rate
:MS# Slew to Target Object
:SwN# Set maximum slew rate to N degrees per second. N is the range (2..8)
:LI# Get Object Information

I'm thinking about using an ETX-70 as a base for a timelapse platform and using the LX200 command set would make the job easier.

"LX200" commands are a bit generic and there are some additional commands and some differences between all of the various Meade GOTO scopes.

The Meade_Autostar Yahoo group is where the hard-core Meade firmware hackers and tweakers hang out and that might be a good place to get some meaty details on how the various commands work on different scopes.
