Hey guys, how`s going?
Like i said, a few months ago, related to the WO 132mm Flt issues, finally i received the new Feathertouch focuser, and also finally, i got the chance to replace it!
I was really surprised how smooth and light, the focuser is, in relation to the one mounted on the scope, from Williams Optics.
Unfortunally, St, Peter is not my friend, and i was blessed with every amateur astronomer curse, a few nights of heavy rain....****.... :(
Anyway, here`s some pictures of it, mounted on my Celestron Cgem mount, with ADM upgrade.
I also took the chance to clean the front objective....really carefully...

Are those marks (center and out to 9 o'clock)just reflections from the curtain embroidery, or did the scope have mold damage to the objective??? I'm thinking reflections of the curtain....cause that's one nice looking scope....

Very nice job. I hope you'll share impressions of the new Feather touch, should the skies ever allow it.

Thanks guys! I really wanted to try everything on that night, and it was a promising day, but as the night came, so the clouds!
When i have the chance to do it, i will post my impressions!
No Scott, its not a a problem on the objective, it's really the curtain reflection, the objective is awesome, cristal clear.

Thanks Royce! You know, initially i was thinking of changing the mount for a white one, like skywatcher neq6 , but now i really like the contrast , and the Cgem is very good, with a nice payload and accurate tracking. :)

Thanks Kunama!
You know, i had some scopes, before this one, but i always wanted a apochromatic refractor, and with this one, im really happy, its a awesome machine!
With the addiction of the FeatherTouch focuser, im only improving the scope!

Ah, ive just remember that i need some help from you guys!
With the change of the focuser, i solve one problem on the FLT, but i got another one! I have a field flattner for the Williams Optics, the one on the link, but the problem is that is doesn't fit on the Feathertouch!!
The question is: is there an adapter to fit the field flattner on the new focuser?

Just an information regarding the previous issue! Starlight instruments just inform me the correct adapter to fit the Williams Optics Field Flattner and the Feathertouch focuser!
And ****, they were fast, in less than one our i had the information about the correct adapter! Very nice from Starlight Instruments!
