venus abou 5 deg west of sun an 3 mins south. i purchased a pentax for the first time from mike traub on here a 10.5mm xl an i was very impressed an overall, a noticeable difference from a baader ,celestron ultima an a older televue plossl.the latter are very good eyepieces but the pentax was sharper,it was my second time ever looking thru a pentax with the nite before on mar 6 looking at jupiter in late twilite it was awesome.the baader came close but still noticable. venus is probably at its worse time to view as its very far from earth an almost behind the sun but still somewhat below.i like these pentax for sure.just my opinion thats all.
