The Journal of Cosmology is a "vanity" press for "scientific" papers. There is little to no peer review and you pay to have your paper published. Anything published in this journal must be taken with a large grain of salt.

Nope, not a meteorite.

Chandra Wickramasinghe should be a writer for the National Enquirer - they have the same journalistic standards. ;)

The rock looks like some extremely early fossilized Earth life forms. I found some very similar fossils while cast fishing along creeks and streams and kept them to still admire them even today and try to imagine what their surroundings would have looked like in Earths early beginnings.
Remember way back the hoopla over the electron microscope photos with similar what were thought to be fossil microbes in a meteorite,believe Martian, but was finally considered a natural mineral formation after all. Basically the very same formation as these photos.
