I just got off the phone with Scopestuff because I had a question on a syntha finder mounting shoe for my C8. The owner answered my questions even though his recommendation means that I won't be purchasing from him this time (I already have the finder shoe that he recommended). What a class outfit.

By the way, if you have a fork mounted C8 like my ultima, and if it doesn't have a balance bar, run and get your credit card and order the balance bar from scopestuff! This accessory makes my fork mount much easier to use because the scope won't try to point at the zenith the moment the clutch is removed. When I first put this on I thought to myself “this is so much easier, I should have done this years ago”!

I highly recommend this company!....

+1 for Scope Stuff, though the staff at my local Scope City store was just as helpful before they closed. Forgetting all the web site nastiness, I hope Sam succeeds in making a new, independent store happen here in SF.

I have to chime in also. Best company ever! I'd give anything for an updated website but the service is so good it really doesn't matter in the end.
