Back to armchair astrophotography with this image of Arp240 from the Hubble data in the Legacy Archives. I took two B&W filtered images of differing wavelength and created a synthetic third channel to produce this RGB image.

Top processing job - better in many ways that the published Hubble pic.

Thanks for the great comments everyone. This Hubble processing is indeed 'armchair astrophotography' but not quite the thrill of gathering your own data with your own scope :)
