How difficult is it to obtain hardware from SBIG.?

Hello.
How much of a problem is it it to obtain hardware such as the C.D from SBIG for a CCD Camera ?
I have the ST-2000XM and am dieing to use it!!!

Just call or email. They are very friendly towards supporting old products. For instance, I purchased my ST-10XMEI on Ebay and sent it to them for a look at. They found some things that had been done to it (removed a glass window for instance that was critical) and installed a guide camera for me.

I think it was about 150 bucks to have them clean, test and do minor repairs. After that, it was based on parts/labor required.

I was extremely happy with the service I received. Give them a call if you can.
