Interested in larger star atlases and the new online atlases discussed here look very nice. Seems they are sized for traditional american 8.5" x 11" paper. Are any of these online atlases printable on larger papers such as 11"x17" and are there some places where we could print a little larger such as 11"x14" or???

What printing experience do you have with these?

I had the TriAtlas C (American proportioned version) printed locally on 11x17 paper. After trimming, the charts end up exactly 11x14 (which, turns out, is an available paper size) - binders and sheet protectors are available in 11x14. In all, 285 or so charts in two binders, printed double sided at a very reasonable cost ($85) by a local printer. Staples and another big office store quoted over $200 for the same job - support your local small printer! They did a great job for me.
