After looking at some of these threads and reading some of the brochures I picked up at the show, I seemed to miss a lot of "stuff" even though I was there for two days!
Sure was a lot to digest with so many vendors, lectures and solar party.

Had a GREAT time and met a lot of very nice folks...even got Al Nagler to sign the Astronomy issue that had a nice article on him :jump:

This was just my second show, next time I'm making a list!

All of those NEAF gear booths *can* be a little overwhelming.

Before I went, I had printed a detailed Excel worksheet of all the vendors who were going to be there with a list for each vendor of what exactly I was looking for (and what price it 'normally' sells for). That made it much easier do identify deals once I got there.

Of course, I went on Sunday and most of what I was looking for was gone already, but it was a good plan, don't you think?

I've attended the NEAF since 1995 and it seems like every year I manage to miss something.

My "problem" is mostly the stuff I see there and buy, not the stuff I need and miss getting! :o
