I have a Canadian Telescopes Duo-T mount (same as sky-watcher SkyTee-2) and I want to lift it up a little higher but only about 6 to 8 inches. I don't want the 16" Orion half pier as I don't want the scope that high. Any suggestions? Thanks

I used the Orion Atlas extension.

Thanks tomharri. Did that require any adaptations to fit the mount? It looks like there is an additional piece between the mount and the extension.

The Atlas uses 12mm bolts, the 8mm for the canadian slips right thru, used lock washers and nuts to secure each end.

The middle piece is a pipe fitting to take up extra space, not really needed.
