Living my last year as a 30-something. My daughter likes to taunt that next year I'll be turning 40 with my wacko astronomy friends!

63; I have fond memories of my father allowing me watch the early Sky at Night episodes as young lad in the late 50's.when I lived in England. Always wonderfully presented by the late Sir Patrick Moore on the BBC. Visit's to Greenwich Observatory and the London Science museum cemented my interest in Astronomy.

Mid 60's. Started at 9 or 10, putting a couple of tiny lens in a two black nesting cardboard tubes that could slide to "focus". Terrible CA! But I saw Saturn's rings and was hooked.

54. Was always interested as a child.. and moderately so, as a teenager. My first real scope and serious interest started, 30 years ago. Went though several periods of non observing, where other interests took over my spare time.. but it looks like I'm back again
