here my first sun sketch at this CN forum :o.

I used a little hole in the clouds.
9.May 2013, 14:00-14:10 UT
PST + Hyperion Zoom, V 33-50x

Hi Christian,

You have been able to do something I'm still to do - look through a true solar scope. Yes I've seen through a white light filter, but nothing so show me the prominences.

You've put down a wealth of detail. Movement in the prominences, shade variation long the limb, the sunspots. All nice work!
