Interior dimensions 22.8" x 11" x 11.8

Some nice looking cases Daniel! Will you be expanding into typical SC sizes?

Thanks!

Hi David,

Vixen is aware of this concern regarding compatibility with other slightly larger optical tubes and it's being discussed. Honestly I'm not one to act bias, but these cases are pretty cool and they're quite affordable when compared to other cases. The other thing too is that they're really made nicely when seen up close. Even the zippers are covered from moisture with rubber seams.

Thanks, Daniel. The pictures look like they'd make a great carrying case for the typical SC. I'll keep an eye open.

Hi,

I went to order the SGC650 but the picture looks wrong - it is of one of the other models. And it indicates it is not available. If I "preorder", what can I expect in terms of wait time?

Thanks.

You can ignore the picture on the website for now, it will be updated. If you order the SGC650, you will get the long case.

Clear skies!

Daniel,
That totally did not work out. I ordered the SGC650 & got either a SGC10 or 30 from HOO. The invoice shows SGC650 and the amount is correct. So obviously there is a confusion with this vendor about model numbers & actual item. Do I need to contact HOO and try to work out a return?

Eyepiece Case. Note, the upper foam fitting compresses the eyepieces in place and they do not move around inside during transport.

I got the refractor case & I am very pleased with it. I can replace a very bulky trunk with this well-built & much lighter case for my 4" refractor and save my back. Well worth the money. It's all I can do to resist buying another one for my other refractor but it already has a good case. Still, two matching cases would look nice....
