where is the best place to purchase a new pocket pc and software like "the sky" pocket addition.im wonting this for manual setting circles object coordinates. thanks, donnie

"Pocket PC" is rather dead. Old PDAs. You can probably find an old HP Journada used. The only other older one around is Astromist. CT ported over to Apple along with Palm. He is still working on it.

All the newer devices have their own stores. Android, IOS, and Windows have their own stores.

There is an app called "Styletap" that will emulate an older device. The problem will be screen resolution.

I tried Astromist for Palm on a Symbian phone. It worked great. Unfortunately, the app was sized for a 320x320 pixel display and that's the size it ran.
