Hi.

This one is another luck. Very very cloudy here but some very small breaks in the clouds over a period of more than 1 hour. So I waited patiently each small hole.

I also observed the sun today with my little LS35HaDX; it was great to see those stunning & amazing prominences. The sun is a fantastic object when the nights are too bright
Your sketches are just so awesome!!!!

Steve.

Yes, you can say that. Thanks.

Magnus. Welcome in my sun sketching world. Thank you for your comment. The sun was more active today than the last three or four days.

Andre,
Interesting activity on the limb at 2 o'clock also some neat looking sunspots.

Your persistence payed off.

Ken.

Thank you. It's very sad I haven't had the chance to do some close up of this area. That was very neat and complex.

Andre,

The prom at 2 o'clock is really impressive at that scale and a closeup would have been magnificent.

Oh, I really love this one! Not just because of that enormous prom, but also because of the wonderful structures on the surface. Well done!

Exact André, I organise from time to time sketch training session on Aquarellia, my sailing boat. So I'm just back on earth looking at your sketches, what a nice spot group ! That will be the first target for my scope today. My last post was on ASOD with the Mercury Venus conjunction: http://www.asod.info/?p=10151 just before sailing away...

Michel.

Thanks a lot. Actually I can't open the link from my work. I'll check that from home and I'm sure it a beauty.
