If the C102 Achro is not modified (tube shortened) like in the link above (to use a Mark V bino) but instead uses a Maxbright Bino and the standard T2 diagonal, can it reach focus with most bino-worthy eyepieces? Or, is it restricted and hence, the tube shortening as described in the link must be undertaken or it must be Barlowed (1.25x or 1.7x) to permit focus?

Has anyone used a MaxBridght on a C102 Achro Refractor without a Barlow or undertaking the tube shortening by 1.25 inches as shown in the link above?????
