Best today's planetary camera.

The camera I have now is Flea3 1,3Mpx GigE mono on the ICX445 Sony chip.
While this camera is OK compromise for solar and lunar panoramic photography, for planets it is less than optimal, as well as for detailed solar H-a and solar prominences.
So, I am on the market for the best available today planetary camera. Of course, I know about Andor and other very expensive cameras of $10000 + price. No, I need cheaper solution.
What is the best one? Of course, better if it is somewhat larger than 618 chip.

wide field and is fast! For wider fields there
are other models available as well.
Pricewise looks very good in comparison with the rest!

But for planetary imaging there is nothing like ICX618 and similar newer ICX sensors (check PGR Blackfly ICX693/692). Some also like ASI 120 MM

They only "valid" options are newer ICX CCD and some latest CMOS sensors. Nothing else can compete at the moment
