They say a picture is worth a thousand words, well take a look at one of my latitude adjusting bolts. It may not look like much, but I can watch the latitude pointing arrow on the mount go up and then down a few degrees like a see-saw as I crank the bolt in the same direction.

For now I have reversed them putting this one on top and I've ordered new ones.

Ouch! I ordered after market replacements as I found the bolts very stiff to move. I received them today and the situation is much improved. Still a little stiff but I can now easily adjust latitude in both directions.

I bought them from here.

Good luck.

I have those bolts and I can adjust my mount now with a c11 and all the gizmo's on top.

Highly recommended.

That's the same ones that I ordered, he has a fairly captive market. It seems no one makes bolts M10 x 1.25 x 100mm fully threaded. Mine where well greased with Super Lube and fairly easy to move. I'm guessing last year at the Nebraska Star Party, the one super storm blew the mount with the C11 on it over and that's when they got bent.
