Randolph,

This is the way I see most of the Moon, primarily black and white. However, if I saw color I would want to include it.

Andre, I just saw your comment...Thanks so much for your kind words. The moon is now beginning to wax and I will indeed go back to lunar sketching and post something...Sketching the moon is such a great experience for me ( and I can use a brighter light!! )...

Fabulous work once more, dear Randolph! Your drawing just radiates a somewhat gloomy but on the other hand tranquil atmosphere. Just as it should be. Very well done! You're an exceptional artist...

I saw your sketch and immediately looked at my pencils and shouted: "Why you no draw like that!" :p

Thank you Wade and Tomas.
One of the things I like about lunar sketching is being able to use a brighter light over my sketch board. So much easier than using a dim red light for deep sky objects.
