Anybody know of a good equatorial head that attaches to a heavy duty photo tripod. Need for Q 3.5, visual use only.

Check out Manfrotto Tripods & Heads. To the left in the photo is a Model 116 Mark II fluid head which has a ball mounting. It will suffice for Latitudes from 0 to - or + 20 degrees, not sure about other models. To the right in the photo is a Tiltall #4602 Professional Tripod with a 3" diameter mounting plate shown for comparison.
