I took this shot from my backyard last night. I did 6 x 30 minute subs in Ha 5nm with a TEC 140 and a SBIG STL 11000.

I had done this with a DSLR but like this version better. The Moon was bright but it did not seem to affect this too much.

Like the image scale. Great definition on the tadpoles. Are you planning to get other NB, or perhaps blend it into the RGB from your DSLR?

I hope to get other NB filters next year. The best thing is to go to a nice dark site and get the RGB images. But for now I am happy to shoot at home and control everything from my office.

Nice work Dwight. If you are interested in adding color, from your DSLR, to this data you can use Registar. It does an excellent job matching stars from different imaging trains and scales. I used it on last years Rosette using a Canon T1i for RGB and the QSI for Ha.

Thanks for the tip. I will have to give it a try.
