Hello!
This is my first post here, and this is the last Uranus image made by me in best seing conditions, which is close to the opposition.
I used my usual equipment: Newtonian 203/1200 FlexTube GoTo, telextender 3x (F/18 total), ASH ADC, ccd DBK21AU618 and uv_ir-cut filter.

.....maybe it's just my imagination but does the upper side of your image appear lighter than the rest, especially with a bit of magnification..? :)

Regardless, a nice image of this remote Gas Giant anyway Emil..! :waytogo:

Indeed, it looks like I do not set the ADC prisms perfect to fully compensate the effect of atmospheric diffraction, because the planet was at low altitude 38 degrees .

Looks like a duplicate of my visual observation last nite with my similar sized reflector. A nice image! Color seems about right too. Just a side note here though: perhaps in the future not using the UV/IR cut would be advisable since the best details here are primarily in the near and full infra red.

Pete.
