Suddenly my mount started acting strangely. Even though slew limits are set at +00 Alt, it will slew to objects below the horizon. Tried bumping it up to +10 but still had same issue. I've tried a factory reset and am using a known good bench DC power supply. Even tried a firmware refresh to latest version. When doing a dummy align, pointing seems accurate as confirmed by sky safari. Even slews to objects below horizon are accurate. Any ideas what could be the problem?

Time
Time Zone
DST (on right now)

Thanks Rod,
Set time, time and time zone correctly. Location was set from city database. All slews to stars in dummy alignment looked very close to my eyes verified by alt-az readings from sky safari. One object I went to was approximately 20 degrees below horizon while filter limits were set to plus 10 degrees meaning there would have to have been a two hour difference. I'm pretty sure I would have seen that during alignment.
This one has me stumped...
