If I use PECPrep or PEMPro to generate a PEC curve for the EQ6, it obviously reduces the periodic error of the mount. And, of course, I normally autoguide for all photos.

Here's my question: Can PEC training and autoguiding happily coexist on the EQ6? That is, if I autoguide after loading a PEC curve, what happens?

I use eqascom and phd with my Atlas. And it will run a PEC curve and guide at the same time. Having PEC running means the guiding can be less intensive.

Eqascom will record it's own PEC curve and apply it.
