Hello all.

Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with, or knowledge about, a multi-axis equatorial platform being sold out of Canada called the SkyStopper?

I don't want to post a direct link in case it's against the forum rules (but a quick google search for the name and equatorial platform will catch it). Looks like a tangent arm design. Knowing little about the exact details on how they work, does anyone have any thoughts on the design or on what the site says the platform can do?

Being in Canada myself, and having negative woodworking skills to make one of my own, the possibility of getting one from Canada - and by someone familiar with platforms at high latitudes (I'm at 53 degrees) would be enticing.

Thanks,
Corey

Looking at other posts, it seems links are fine, so:
