Need Atlas EQ-G controller board to DB9 pinouts

I have recently acquired an older, used Atlas EQ-G that needs some work. The previous owner apparently attempted a modification or repair of the stepper motor controller board (SynScan Rev. B), which didn't go well. I'm not sure if the board is fried, but in order to test it, I need to restore the original connections from the controller board to the mount's DB9 connector.

There is a 6-pin header on one end of the board connecting to a cable with 6 color-coded wires: grey (nearest the edge); black; red; orange; yellow; and green (beside the power switch connector).

Can anyone tell me which of these wires goes to which DB9 pin?

If anyone has this info (and, maybe, a circuit diagram as well) I would be most grateful! If anyone is willing to look at the pinouts in his own mount, that would work as well...

I'll check my board tonight when I get home and see if I can snap a pic for you.

There's also a yahoo group called "EQ6" that covers the Atlas mount. A few posts and pics on blown boards and fixes/mods.

I really appreciate this... the photos are EXACTLY what I needed!!!

Just need to confirm a couple of pins, since a couple of the wires are hidden in the photos.

Looking at the rear of the DB9, there are two rows of pins... one row of 4 pins; and another row of 5. With the 5-pin row at the top, I have....

5-row: black, vacant, vacant, yellow, green
4-row: red, vacant, gray, orange

Is that correct?

You can see the pin numbers on the back of the DB9 connector pics I just uploaded.

I have to say, I'm terrible with colors, so it's up to you to verify them. But the new pics clearly show what pins are unused.

I also uploaded a few pics of the DB9 pin definitions.

The problem is that this isn't an RS232 connection. The DB9 connector is used for the interface, but standard RS232 pin outs and voltage levels aren't relevant here.

Anyway, thanks to your photos, I think I've figured this out... and I am very grateful to you for your help!
