Do you have any issues with it rotating since its held with just one screw? Or do you have it braced underneath in some way?

Not at this time. I still have my telrad on the other side but this sits lower so may go with it. I tightened it pretty good and just a rough align, it seems secure. I am able to push and make it move but my mount is on a jmiwheely bar, so it just rolls in and out of garage. I used a 4" rail and it takes some push to get the rail to turn if you secure it tight, just don't pull threads by using a 3/4" impact LOL... If you have a rail try it out, it seems good to me. I did order the shoe and block from Astro Agena as will have two OTA's. May not need to use it if this works good, Kasey
