Need some advice please. I'm having trouble getting my G-11 to work with the Sky Commander XP4 DSC computer I purchased. The RA and DEC readout on the Sky Commander does not change when I rotate the mount. I have S1-512 encoders attached to my G-11. Has anyone experienced this problem? Any advice? Thanks

Two things could be wrong:
(1)You have to use the cable from the Losmandy DSC kit, not the ones from Sky Commander.
(2)The two encoders are bad.

Sky Commander cabling here:

Losmandy manual here:

S1-512 must mean a USDigital S1 Optical Shaft Encoder. 512 is the counts per revolution.

Here's the proper cabling:

Hey Scott...any word on new mounts available with encoders? I heard this was going to be an option again, factory installed.
