So I power up my new mount and followed the instructions below to set the home position and marked it with the sharpie. I tried slewing to various objects and it returned to home position accurately when I parked the mount.

Later I mounted by scope on the saddle and slewed to various objects, later I parked the scope and boom it the RA won't align where I had marked it and now is in an angle and not parallel to the Tripod Leg marked with N.

What went wrong

Edit: Okay, I figure what the issue was. I was not adding the counterweight and the motor used to slip once the scope close to vertical. After adding and adjusting the counterweight it perfectly lands in the home position.
