Dear observers,

this afternoon I could observe the sun for around 2 hours. At first I had a look in white light with my 8 cm Apo at 48x. At 13:20 UT I saw the very interesting AR 11893. So I made a detailed sketch of it. The image is mirror reversed.

After that I used my small PST telescope to observe the changing of the protuberance at the western limb. Magnification was 32x.

Well, you have a very good talent in sun sketching. Both sketches are very good. The sunspots group is very well done as well as the progression of the prom.

I saw what you sketched before the clouds rolled in. You have captured the sunspots perfectly
