Great day! After sketching the sun I could make a fine sketch of the two craters. Again, I used my 8 cm Apo at 96x. The moon stood low but the air was quite steady. The image is mirror reversed.

Fine sketches.
I stayed some days by a friend who has an subscription on Interstellarum. Read some articles by your hand :)

Jef & Ken,

thank you for your comments.

Dear Jef, I write these beginners essays for some years. Around one year ago the journal got a redesign. I recommended to switch my column into a step-by-step guide. This was accepted, I got two pages instead of one. In this new column I try to support sketching an write every for second issue a sketching article.

Uwe,

Wonderful sketching of both Eudoxus and Aristoteles.
I think it would be difficult to sketch one without the other. You indeed did have a fine day and evening of sketching. Congratulations.

Frank :)
