I guess we'll have many cloudy nights the next weeks. So I use every clear evening for sketching. Yesterday Mee captured my view. I sketched it with my 8 cm Apo at 96x. The image is mirror reversed.

As a postcript Uwe, I know just how you feel about the weather. The northeast US can be endlessly dreary and sometimes it is hard to keep up one's enthusiasm...

Uwe,

Now Hainzel is a crater I have been wanting to sketch for years and I have not caught it in the light I'm looking for.
Excellent capture of the pair.
