6 x 600s H-alpha @ ISO 800, Baader 7nm Ha (48mm in rear drop-in slot)
+ 15 x 120s RGB (Unfiltered) @ ISO 800
90 minutes total exposure
Canon EOS 300mm F/2.8
Modified Canon 5D MkII
Orion Atlas EQ-G, autoguided

Acquired with Backyard EOS
Stacked with DSS
Processed with Photoshop CS5
Ha processed separately then combined into "HaRGB"

Here is my go at the California Nebula

Scope: Tair-3s (300mm f/4.5 lens, m42 mount) @ f/8
Camera: Canon 350D (Baader UV/IR modified)
Mount: iOptron ZEQ25
Guider: 50mm finder, Orion SSAG
When/Where: desert just north of Joshua Tree National Park, October 8th 2013
Software: BackyardEOS, PHD, PixInsight
Exposure: 18x 600s (3 hours) @ ISO1600
