hi binoculars and eyepieces forms :)
i Bought vixen bt81s-a i am using good quality kellners 40 deg
and parks 30mm 50 deg for 16x and now want more fov
i have some questions need to be answered before buy new set

i made a survey in the market and all my questions will be about these eyepieces
1) Baader Hyperion Modular 24mm ,17mm ,13mm
2) Explore Scientific 68° 24mm 16mm 11mm 82deg
3) Meade Series 5000 HD-60 25mm , 12mm
4) Tele Vue Delos 17.3mm 12mm

now the questions :)
1) which set comes into focus with bt81 ?
2) which is the best set for fast scope like mine
3) the baader is cheap IT IS GOOD LIKE OTHERS es or tv -sharp,bright,high contrast ?
4) which one is the brightest ?
5) last thing give me a over all % for all sets note forget the price ?

here is some info may will help
focal length =480mm , objective lens 80mm , ranges want for mag 19-43x .

I don't think anyone has tried them here except maybe Bill. You might send an inquiry to binomania. They might have tested them.

Be sure to give us some impressions of how the Vixen is under the stars!

I love the little Binocular Telescopes that are lighter weights. The Vixen's looked very nice.

My friend who got the Vixen BT-81S is very happy and says the views are of high contrast. He has almost all zoom eyepieces which he uses. Here's a pic to help. Amongst these he likes the Baader the best while he is a bit disappointed with Pentax.

While u havnt used the bt81, the Hyperion (non zoom) can suffer in fast scores,the ES & Meade had will be better, the ES are shortish on er, the Meade more comfortable but with less fov.
As suggested the Hyperion zoom will be good, what ep do you already have?

parks gold 30mm ,parks kellners 25mm, 12 mm
i want to know if the meade are good eps sharp,bright,high contrast or not are they as good as es forget the fov ?
