I wish you the best on your birthday. Your guidance here on Cloudy Nights has made this hobby a warm and personal experience for me and many others. I thought the Sun was rising a little further northeast than normal this morning I didn't realize it was just the glow of 70 candles on your cake. Happy Birthday!

This was not a good day for King Charles I (1649) nor for Mohandas Ghandi (1948), but it was (1944) for the rest of the world, particularly the astronomical community.
(Hope it was a) Happy Birthday, Tel -- may all your observing (and imaging) nights be clear and mild.

You have given me more than enough comradeship, pleasure and invaluable knowledge over the years to treasure for my next 70 trips around the Sun !

One day on, I'm still suffering heat rash from the candles ! :rofl2:
