It was 13 degrees F. outside but I just HAD to get a shot of this supernova. I took this with my Meade 14" LX850 OTA on my AP1200 mount and my SBIG ST-8300M camera. This is a stack of 5x5 minutes each in LRGB. Processed with Images Plus, Adobe Photoshop CS5 and NeatImage. Fortunately I was able to relax in my lounge chair in the house while operating the telescope in my observatory! :jump:
