This evening I tried to sketch a larger area, r. Ariadaeus and surroundings. Instrumen was again my 8 cm refractor at 120x. The image is mirror reversed.

again a nice sketch! Just saw that you're observing with just 120x. For that magnification there's really a lot of detail captured in your sketch. :applause:

Every sketch you post lately looks better than the one before it. Large sketches in graphite take much time to put on paper. Beautifully done.
That refractor view must be excellent on the Moon.

I selected for this evening an area which did not change too fast. So I had the hour I needed to sketch this.
