Probably the biggest asterism in the sky: the Winter Circle. The combination of my lightpolluted home and the almost full Moon shining made not a lot of stars visible. But for once streetlamps had his advantage: I could sketch the houses of the neighbours  In the middle the roof of my garden house.
Color pastels on black paper.

Excellent job Jef! Not sure if it was you or someone else but I seem to remember a similar sketch with a different sky from a couple of years ago. Both are just fantastic and enjoyable!

Very nice Jeff. I like it when astronomy drawing meets an artistic motif. Well done.

Thanks all for your nice comments!! In fact this is not really a "winter" sky. We had in Belgium only three days with frost, no snow at all...

Not sure if it was you or someone else but I seem to remember a similar sketch with a different sky from a couple of years ago.

Could it be this one?

Jef,

A very impressive composition.
Images like your sketches should decorate postal cards.
Wonderful.
