The loud aperiodic sounds of the tree frogs (Peepers) accompanied the observation of these craters...and became part of the story. There is religious content. The sketch and story are at the blog link below my signature.

The spring peepers and chorus frogs haven't started yet in my area but they will soon. The white on black sketch of Hevelius is wonderful.

Thanks Frank and Carlos. I talked with someone the other day, who had no idea what peepers were. So, I explained. Wish I had a recording for him to hear. What a racket!! Such a contrast with the quiet skies.
