At 200x you should be able to see some pale blue! What telescope and eyepiece are you using?

Zhumell Z8 and 6mm. I was at 200x. I was looking at it through fair bit of LP though.

Yes, pale blue-green. Neptune as well, it's far bluer.

I've found light pollution can really kill the color. With street lights and all nearby neath a mag 5 sky it's a very grey affair with a tinge of color. Under a mag six sky though without the streetlights glaring at me the colors are definitely more pronounced.
