I just went to download Firecapture 2.3beta which seems to be the recommended version here. But it's not at the website. Instead there is a release 2.3 and a new 2.4beta. Has the 2.3beta turned into the released v2.3? Anyone try the 2.4beta? I'm just learning to use Firecapture so I'm not sure I should start off with a new beta version. Does downloading V2.3 sound like the right move for me? I'll be using a ASI120MC camera if that matters...Thanks...John

John,
Yes, v2.3beta turned into v2.3 so all the old bugs finally found a new home ;)
If you just want to play around a bit it doesn't matter which version you use. The ASI should run in both. If you consider using it for longer I'd recommend using 2.4beta right from the beginning. The layout has changed compared to v2.3 so you already would be familiar with it whenever the final v2.4 comes out.

Just used Firecapture 2.4beta  last night with my ASI120MC camera and it worked great. No hiccups at all. I like the new GUI layout. It was easy to use and worked well for me...John
