The South Carolina State Museum is having the grand opening of  Windows to New Worlds. This is a one of a kind exhibit featuring; A state of the art planetarium, a 4D theatre, an operating 12 3/8" Clark refractor and a 2500 square foot exhibit space containing some of the Robert Ariail telescope collection.

Grand opening is this Saturday Aug 16th. 9:00am to 7:00pm

I congratulate them upon the Windows to New Worlds, but will they have a Creation Science exhibit ?

As an SC citizen, I am excited to look through the big Clark refractor.

Regarding Creation Science, not every SC citizen believes in creationism.

Just the majority. :(

I was passing thru Columbia and stopped and went to the SC state museum, the exhibits on all 4 floors were very informative!

The collection of all those nice restored telescopes and related equipment was very worthwhile to see, glad I took the time.
