Quote:Well I have to report that I contacted Pentax via the website and my email was sent to the regional support in Denver. On December 12th, 2012 Pentax from Denver sent me a new cap for my Pentax XW 7mm. Now I don't have the worry that the original sellar left for me (a vendor here) by putting on a cap that wasn't the original when the sold me the eyepiece. Great response (they kept me in the loop via email) and great service in support of their product.
