At the risk of repeating myself, I want the obs experience separate from the house because it has too many distractions and I have always enjoyed the "other-worldness" of the observatory. Also, I have so many electronic intermediaries now between me and the sky that adding more seems like the wrong direction for me. So I am still open to any new ideas.
