somebody get me a straightjacket, I just counted 12!
TV 2x 2" powermate (recent aquisition, and sold my older TV BIG barlow right after) TV 3x and 2x 1.25" (casualties of the 13% sale) Antares 1.6x 2" Celestron ultima 2x OPT/GSO 2x 2" ED OPT/GSO 3x 1.25" ED OPT/GSO 2.5 and 5x 1.25" triplets OPT/GSO 1.25" basic 2x shorty Meade #124 (first ever, still works great, all beat up!) Meade #140 (wasn't impressed, but kept it to match my 4000 SP smooth set).
Notable barlows I used to own, the aforementioned TV BIG 2x, knight owl 3xED, antares 3x (ultima like) and a 2nd Ultima. I sold the extra ultima and the 3x to justify the TV 2x and 3x sale. also had a 3x plastic gallileo, but I gave that one away as a freebie.
Admittedly, working at OPT, I had to grab all of the basic OPT/GSO ones, and the 2.5 and 5x triplets when they first came out, I havent used them much. Its nice to have extras for outreach and star parties. I find that the 2" GSO ED worked almost as well as the BIG barlow. The 3x ED is a sleeper, 85-90% of the TV 3x for 40% of the price (but not quite as much of a work of art). The simple shorty works wonders when you just thread its lenses into the 15mm superview, that particular combo is my outreach supreme eyepiece, well corrected 125x widefield in the 10"dob, great for globs, planets and doubles, it just happens to match up well... not so with the 20mm, so maybe it was a fluke.
The new triplets I havent used much, so if anyone wants them, shoot me a PM and take me back down to 10!

I owned one when i had my dob. I felt that barlows were not the way to go. (too much glass) I prefered using the appropriate eyepiece to acheive that given magnification. I bought one thinking id use it...I really didnt. I actually sold it BEFORE i sold the scope.

Just one, the Orion Shorty plus, but I almost never use it. Pain in the dark sometimes, but thinking of getting a TV 2x or the 2.5x. VB

I own one but use none. I don't like fiddling with them. Short focal length long eye relief EPs generally incorporate their own barlow.

I currently have 3:
Televue 2" 2X Powermate - I use this one a bunch
Galoc 1.5" 2X Barlow - I use this once in a while.
Galoc 1.5" 2X Barlow (Lens Only) - this one goes into the focuser tube of the Cave so I only use it with that scope.
Over the years I've given away some cheap barlows such as the Orion Shorty and a Meade #140. I've given away scopes with a couple of eyepieces and usually include a barlow in the deal.

I've used a Celestron Ultima 2x for a couple of years now and it's been a very good performer in a variety of scopes. It's now been joined by a Tele Vue Powermate 2.5 x which is superb but I can't bring myself to part with the Celestron so I have 2 now.
