Bill,
The latest Deep Sky Field Guide for the recent version of Uranometria comes very close to what you're looking for (corrected positions, counts, diameters, etc), but is lacking the subjective views of the objects found in other books.
Archinal and Hynes' book has been a tremendous asset to me in looking for my "Not Found"s, and I think it is essential for the serious DSO hunter.
I'd like to hope that all the details will be incorporated into an updated Megastar, but Emil purposely left a lot of DSO's with the wrong designations so as not to defy "tradition".
Frankly, I'd rather be right.
It looks like everything I can't find has turned into a research project. I'm just glad "Star Clusters" exists.
Next is a Revised NGC from the NGC/IC group. That, I'd buy in a second.
