I got a response from the Forest Service today. Not a yes or no on my request to use the site again, but an acknowledgement that they received my request and are verifying the date.

I was refering to the calendar for June. There are four birthdays listed for June 9th but no starparty. Or do we not put it on the calendar? The folks in the Southwest WA stargazers are looking for someplace to observe, maybe I should see if any of them wants to come up sws yahoo group
